OBITUARY:

Not Poisoned.—It will be remembered that the stomach of Mr. George W. Teller, who died suddenly at his home in Polk county some time since, was sent to Dr. Rex, of this city, to be subjected to an analysis to ascertain whether any poison had been administered to him. The Doctor announces as the result of his investigation that no traces of poison were found. The Salem doctors who made a post mortem examination of the remains announced at the time that his death was caused by rupture of the aorta, and this was probably correct. Willamette Farmer, (Salem, Oregon) January 6, 1882
