OBITUARY:
Services and interment for Mary Helen Megert, 62, of 3280 Oak Knoll Road NW, who died Tuesday, will be private. The casket will be open from 5 to 8 tonight and 1 to 5 pm tomorrow and Sunday at Barrick mortuary. She was born in Enterprise and had lived in Salem more than 50 years. Survivors include her husband, Fred; daughter, Bonnie Belle Megert, Salem; and son, Jerry Van, Pebble Beach, Calif. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.
