OBITUARY: 

Services will be at 2 pm Friday in Spring Valley Presbyterian Church, Zena, for Richard A. McAnnally, 63, o 6120 14th Ave NE, who died Tuesday. Interment will be in Zena Cemetery. Born in Harrisburg, Ill, he moved to Salem in 1951. He was a woodworking and upholstery instructor at the MacLaren School in Woodburn and the Chemawa Indian School in Salem. After retiring from teaching, he drove for Hut Limousine Service, Salem. He was a member of Fidelity Lodge No 54, AF & AM, Gervais and the First United Methodist Church of Salem and Elgin, Ill. Survivors include his wife, May L.; daughter, Susan Hanamura, Portland, and brother, Edward, Cottage Hills, Ill. Contributions may be made to the Salem Hospital Foundation, the Oregon Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
