SALEM - Agnes Veronica O'Donnell Glaze was born to James and Gertrude (Flaherty) in South Boston, Mass. She was the youngest of four children and will be deeply missed by the family, and all who knew her. A spiritual person, Agnes believed in the strength of prayer and forgiveness, and expressed these virtues to all of us as she passed away.

She leaves behind her husband, Willard; daughter, Claudia Jones; sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Ann, Greg and Susan, Rich and Judi; and numerous relatives in Massa chusetts.
She was blessed with six grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
