NOTE - The Gildows settled in northern Marion Co, Oregon where they appear in the 1870, 1880 and 1900 census. Both are buried in the Miller Cemetery at Silverton. The 1900 census lists Sarah as being the mother of 12 children, 6 of whom were living. The six deceased children all died in infancy and are buried at Zena Cemetery.
