OBITUARY: 

Mrs Martha R. Curtis, 32, 6090 Juniper St NE, ded Wednesday at a local hospital of a possible brain hemorrhage. Her husband said she had fallen in the home early Wednedday morning and had lapsed into a coma. A Salem resident for 12 years, she was employed at the Penney Store beauty salon here. Surviving are the widower Harold, daughter Elizabeth McKenzie, son Charles McKenzie, Salem; sister Mrs Janet Cook, Salem; parents, Mr and Mrs F.H. Rutledge, Astoria. Services are pending at Virgil T. Golden mortuary.
