Deceased was a graduate of the normal school at Monmouth and is well known in the Willamette valley as an educator and a true Christian woman.

Zena: Miss Sarah A. Cavitt died at her home in this place last Saturday. She was an estimable and refined young lady, and was a graduate of the normal school at Monmouth. She was laid to rest in the cemetery at this place last Sunday afternoon.
