NOTE - Wife Sarah C. Crowley was daughter of Catherine Crowley Fulkerson who is buried in Etna Cemetery. Sarah md 2nd on 15 June 1856 in Polk Co, Ore, to Washington L. Hayter. He was a brother of Thomas Hayter who is buried in Embree Cemetery. Washington & Sarah Hayter moved to Coos Co, Oregon, in 1865, where Sarah died 26 Sept 1883 (obit Polk County Itemizer 20 Oct 1883)
