OBITUARY: 
Joseph Orgovan, 72, late of 488 S Monmouth Ave, Monmouth, died on Wednesday, June 26, 1985, at his home. He was born June 22, 1913 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the son of Andrew and Rosa Orgovan. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He had been a resident of Monmouth since 1945, moving here from Joffre, Penn. He was a construction worker until his retirement in 1975 and was a 25-year member of the AFL and CIO. Surviving relatives include his wife, Rose Orgovan of Monmouth; two sons, Joe A. Orgovan, Independence, and Martin Orgovan of Monmouth; six brothers, Erno Orgovan of Colorado, Steve Orgovan of New York, Andy Orgovan of Michigan, Frank Orgovan of Alabama, James Orgovan of California, and Louis Orgovan of Florida; three sisters, Anne Wilkns of Joffre, Penn, Helen Cecersa of Joffre, Penn, and Irene Qusada of Detroit, Mich; and two grandchildren. Private interment will be at the Willamette National Cemetery, Portland. Memorial contributions may be made to the Monmouth Medic Unit in care of the Monmouth Fire Department.
