OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Maud Mack died at the Dallas Hospital May 24 following an operation performed several days before.  Funeral services were held at Henkle's chapel this (Thursday) afternoon conducted by Rev. L. Chapelle, of McMinnville.  Interment in a family cemetery north of Dallas.
Nina Maud Mack was born August 27, 1881, Mazeppa, Minnesota, She came west at the age of 15 and made her home with her brother W.H. Mack, of Monmouth, for several years.  On November 11, 1901, she was married to George Fay Brown and to this union were born two children, Mabel N. Brown and Vernon L. Brown.  Besides her husband and children she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Sheldon Gwin, of Monmouth. Mrs. N.O. Terry of McMinnville, and Mrs. Myron Mack of Mazeppa, Minnesota.
