OBITUARY:
Lorraine Doris Cox, Nov. 7, 1918-Jan. 13, 2001
DALLAS – Lorraine Cox, 82, died Saturday.
She was born in Ellis, Minn, and moved to Oregon during the Depression, settling in Perrydale. She married Fred in 1936, and they lived in Dallas, Roseburg and Florence, returning to Dallas around 1970. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and gardening. Survivors include her husband; daughters, Sharlene Breyman of Salem and Rita Doerfler of Silverton; sons, Richard of Hubbard and Robert of Drain; brothers, Dwayne Case and Jerry Case, both of Salem; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be 1 pm Tuesday at Dallas Mortuary. Contributions: Union Gospel Mission, care of the mortuary.
