Oregon), undertaker Rigdon, interment Theilson [Burch] Cemetery 6 Jul 1918, informant E. Butcher of Salem, Oregon.
OBITUARY: 
Died at her home in the Court apartments, Thursday, July 4, 1918, Mrs. Bert Butcher who was 22 years old. Mrs. Butcher and her mother came to Salem to live several months ago. Her husband formerly was employed by the Salem street railway company and has been working in a spruce camp in Washington. Mrs. Butcher had been married for six years. Her only two children had died. 
She leaves a large number of relatives. Besides her husband, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.N. O’Kelley of Polk county, and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Della Bush, Portland; Mrs. Mae Turner, Airlie, Ore; Mrs. Clyde Williams, Independence; Mrs. T.A. Murphy, North Cote, Minn; Lee O’Kelley, Arco, Idaho, and Robert O’Kelley of near Rickreall. 
The burial services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock at the cemetery near Rickreall. Rev W.S. Plowman of Dallas will conduct the funeral. The Rigdon company will be in charge.
